Champion House Restaurant is extremely popular with tourists to the Cayman Islands and is also a favourite of the locals. No wonder, with excellent service in a friendly atmosphere and an extensive Caribbean-style and international menu sure to make your mouth water.

Each day begins with Champion House’s famous Caribbean breakfast buffet and for lunch it’s a la carte or the popular lunch buffet featuring international cuisine. The diversity of the dishes can be attributed to the many nationalities that have settled in the Caribbean, bringing with them their own unique cultures and traditions. Every day the buffet offers a different theme and on Sunday’s it’s the ever popular brunch buffet.

Take out service is also available throughout the day and outside catering services are perfect for family functions, schools, churches, business functions, weddings, anniversaries, parties and any special occasion.

Taste of Cayman prizes were dished out to all – Cayman Net News

The Taste of Cayman Awards Ceremony, hosted by the Cayman Islands Tourism Association, took place recently at Sunshine Grill, West Bay Road. The awards included five different categories, with the first place award for Peoples’ Choice Best Decorated Booth, Restaurant ategory, going to the Kaibo Restaurant.

Sunshine Suites’ Sunshine Bar and Grill won first place the in the Hotel category, Champion House won first place in the Tasters Choice Best Cuisine award, and The Sunshine Bar and Grill gained another first place in the Hotel category.

The afternoon’s distribution of awards finished with the Best Special Exhibitor Award, which went to Cayman Imports.

Presenting the awards was Ms Casandra Hibbert, assistant director of the CITA, who said: “This has been an exciting and challenging year for us.”

Ms Hibberts went on to ask the participants for suggestions regarding how they could improve on the event.

The proceeds from the event will go towards the construction of a new playground for the Lighthouse School, said Ms Hibbert.
